Audition Info

What to prepare?: Please prepare about one minute of a song where you can show off your classical singing skills. Songs from other Golden Age musicals are preferred but not required for this audition. Please plan on attending for the entire audition process.

What to wear?: Please wear shoes that you can move in, as there will be a dance portion of the audition. There are no requirements for attire, but it's always recommended to wear plain clothing without imagery, symbols, or product/company names. 

Audition Dates:

• Nov 12, 2024: Parent information meeting - starts at 7:00 PM
• Nov 13, 2024: Auditions, Day 1 - 2:40 - 5:00 PM
• Nov 14, 2024: Auditions, Day 2 - 2:40 - 5:00 PM
• Nov 15, 2024: Callbacks - 2:40 - 5:00 PM. Students may be released early and invited to message parents to be picked up. 

The cast list will be posted in the evening on Friday, Nov 15, 2024. The crew list will be posted in the evening on Monday, Nov 18, 2024. Students interested in joining the crew must stop by the drama room and grab a Crew Form. They will be next to the Audition forms. Students can fill out both forms if they’d like to audition and do tech. 

Rehearsal calendars will be available by our first rehearsal on Nov 18, 2024.

We will rehearse after school daily. Students with larger roles will be called after school more often. Students should prepare for a busy few weeks, especially from the end of January to the show's end.

• Feb 20, 2025: Show 3 – Show starts at 7:00 PM

• Feb 22, 2025: Closing Night - Show 5  - Show starts at 7:00 PM
